Description

In the beta Wikipedia, new users (who have been manually confirmed) cannot use Twinkle. Is this supposed to happen?

@Skyllfully Confirmed is only local, at which wiki you try to use twinkle?

@Skyllfully Ok, please try it again, you reported this at end of august, where you are only confirmed at deploymentwiki, not at enwiki, you are now confirmed there, so please try again.
