As Trebuchet is mentioned, has this been discussed with RelEng if they'd also be interested in such a tag?
Asking as somebody has to spend the time to triage new tasks and actually add that tag. :)

I would be hunting down new bugs to add this tag. But if others want to chime in, so much the better. I own a bunch of related tasks and want to be able to organize them, so at least a workboard for this tag, which anyone doing related work could use as well.
