Include a link on the installer to a survey so that we can work on the environmental scan. This would provide people with an opt-in way to inform us about their MediaWiki use.

And is this still realistic for 1.24 (as the survey does not exist yet in T1114: Create a survey that MediaWiki users can use to provide us with information), or has this become a 1.25 idea in reality?
