Description

generate_family_file.py should be able to create a family class, at least if using the API; i.e. T101843: generate_family_file.py: support api urls

And APISite should be able to initialise, even if some of the methods do not work.

T103470: Many Battlestar wikis are broken also has wikis which can be partially accessed via the API even when the front page is broken.
