Description

In betalabs

Create a new user and login
Alert icon will show a new message " Wellcome to Wikipedia!..." . You may add other Alerts - e.g. "New discussion system enabled for your user talk page'".
In the alert box , click on the link 'All notifications' ( to Special:Notifications page) - nothing happens.

The Special:Notifications page is reachable from the tool menu and correctly displays " Wellcome to Wikipedia!..." message.

It seems that the link 'All notifications' to Special:Notifications page does not work only when a user has not previously received any Messages.
