Create a way to export result from WDQS GUI

Description

We need to add an ability to export received data from query into plain text/CSV/TSV/etc. so that the user could easily download the query results from GUI.

Also may be useful to add a link to direct query against SPARQL endpoint with the same query as in GUI, so that people could develop a query in GUI and then convert it to automatic one easily.

It would be nice to have this querying UI integrate with http://quarry.wmflabs.org/ or otherwise replicate functionality.

I raise this suggestion here because Quarry provides a similar public querying service with result export.

I'm not sure about integration but stealing the export setup from there looks like a good idea.
