Sorry, that link was indeed not so useful. I improved it with a link to the relevant revision at the day of the report (as I'm usually doing these days).

That said, it's a fairly general issue, and all the bugs off this kind must be retested after deploying the template changes (T139332).

In general, adapting {{cite web}} from a bn article to an en article works in CX2.

However, while testing today, I noticed that the original article had strange wiki syntax: <ref name=>. Maybe that's the reason the bug was occurring? And maybe it still happens? Can anybody test, please?

@Amire80 can you tell me how I can check this issue?
