Support full text url instead of random names for url

Description

Allow in the url bar to for example media wiki/extension/CentralAuth instead of random names which users may not rennet making it harder to enter in the url bar. You can do this in git.wikimedia.org and might make migration quicker.

So using repo names in the URL for Diffusion instead of callsigns?

Yes. It would be easier since it would be harder to remember a callsign.
