Expected behavior: Modal popup would appear entirely within the visible screen space
Actual behavior: Modal popup appears 30% occluded by the edge of the page

Steps to reproduce:

Go https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Talk:Sandbox
Edit the description.
Open the link creation tool
