I need a new database called 'designate_pool_manager' which parallels the 'designate' db -- the same user, the same password, the same grants.

Database created on m5-master for the user designate. In the future, I would try to avoid the underscore character, as it produced problems in the past on labs (it is a wildcard on mysql).
