[Task] Rename Special:ExternalDbs to Special:ExternalDatabases

Description

I suggest we rename Special:ExternalDbs to Special:ExternalDatabases, so not to have such abbreviations in the title. If we really want, we can have Special:ExternalDbs as a special page alias.
