Login form should check for caps lock

Description

The login form (Special:UserLogin) should display a warning message when it detects that the user is typing his or her password with caps lock on.

This could be accomplished, say, with one of these methods.

On my IE11 there is a warning when using caps lock on password fields.

There are also other special pages with password fields.
