Can you please create the project MediaWiki-extensions-ImportArticles in Phabricator?
The Gerrit repo has been created as well as the Wikipage.

Anybody can create this, just go ahead by following the rules in https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Phabricator/Creating_and_renaming_projects#New_projects
Hmm, I don't understand why this was closed or why this was "transferred" (and what this transfer changed). This is unrelated to any author (though I don't know what "author" refers to here either).
@Aklapper aha I thought by the reply with the link, you was telling me to create my own ticket for this. My bad :)
