On the OTRS (info-it queue) some people are reporting captcha errors, namely they see no captchas. I'm asking for further details but it's definitely worth some investigations.

@Vituzzu I do not see relation between those 2 services, they are completely separated, except on the traffic entry point (and traffic problems were already discarded).
There was recently a maintenance on mailman, but we do not have enough details to see if there is any relation with that. Please add more as soon as you get them (exact url that fails, etc.)! Thank you!

I think WMF-General-or-Unknown was the proper tag, Znuny is not. This is not about OTRS, this is about a Wikimedia MediaWiki problem reported through OTRS.

Not much information in this task (time stamps so someone could look up logs, sites/URLs, steps to reproduce - account creation captcha? anonymous page edits captcha? somewhere else?), plus two years old.
