Description:
Hi! I think it would be a nice idea to make the Special:IpBlockList page on Wikipedia
be able to produce a text file with a list of IPs, which can be used by other wikis,
like a centralized blocking list. This should greatly decrease vandalism across all
wikis. Of course, caching is always ok if there is a performance issue.
