That dashboard seems to contain totally different stats; "decline" might be a more appropriate description.
@Nemo_bis, those are the uploading metrics that the team wanted to track, that probably just changed over time. Anyone can easily add any other metric by adding 1 sql file and a bit of yaml here: https://github.com/wikimedia/analytics-limn-multimedia-data/tree/master/multimedia, along with minimal configuration in Dashiki. I have it as a TODO to make this process much more clearly documented.
