Please see https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Wikimania_2014_-_Technology_VI_-_Views_-_FastCCI.webm which I clicked reset transcode 24 hours ago and says 5 hours ago now. Seems it isent transcoding the big vp9 file.

Long files at large resolution can indeed take some time, but these should probably be done by now. I'll peek in on the servers and see if I can get more diagnostic info.
