Steps to reproduce

Open five tabs.
Open tab overview.
Scroll down the tabs down.

Expected results

Active tab body scrolls down and eventually out of sight with tab headers.

Actual results

Active tab body remains fixed front and center. This isn't so useful because, 1) it's not easy to tell what tab it is without the header, 2) it occupies half the screen and the user may have many open tabs.
