Situation:
User creates a page, then finds the spelling error in the title. Mistakes happen. Now he can't delete it, and (in wiktionary) he has to place {{delete}} tag asking an admin to delete it.

I believe there is no particular security downside if the regular user would be allowed to delete the page that he himself created, and nobody else edited. Currently the user has to unnecessarily bother an admin for this mundane situation.
