Sometimes templates are translated (possibly just kept) but mangled into a mess. One example is this difference.

I did a quick investigation. Template:Coord is a supported template for CX. That means CX can translate it across languages. Without using Apertium MT, I got all the Coord tempalates translated correctly. But when I used Apertium MT, it returned translation by removing some annotations on top of the first Coord template.
So this points out that the issue is in the annotation transfer logic(Apertium is a plain text machine translation, after plain text translation CX tries to reapply all HTML markups on this plain text to effectively get HTML translaiton .
