When viewing a new page from the queue it displays without any stylesheets:
When a page has just been created and pops up in the queue, it only has one revision, so instead of showing a diff, Huggle shows a preview of the article, without any stylesheets.
Just stalk the queue for new articles, press it, and view the result.

This task is not completely trivial, so you may need some help with it. I actually think that the "easy" tag should probably be removed. You can also assign yourself to a task.
