That error message refers to a local script on your computer, not a script on Wikisource.
Hence currently not yet possible to tell what triggers it...
You could open your browser's web developer tools and its "Network" tab and reload the page that you see the problem on, to get some information if anything loads slowly from the servers. Also, if there is a problem or an error with JavaScript it should be printed in that error console of the web developer tools.
