Description

Currently when the apply general fixes option is selected it has a feature that replaces instances of {{Commons|Category: with {{Commons category|

This is a good change for ENWP, but for other wiki's, such as some on Wikia, they do not use a seperate category for Commons category.

Recommend this be changed to ENWP only unless this is used on other WMF wiki's as well.
