L6 was accidentally signed during draft stages. It does not appear that we can delete signatures or allow people to sign again. As such, we have created a replacement (L32). Can a Phab admin please delete the now unneeded L6 document please?

@Varnent: Phab admins cannot view or access L6. Users with the "Can View L6" capability are members of the project "Access Policy - Approvers" (which was created without any announcement in T103700, violating the guidelines, and probably should be an ACL project instead).
@Aklapper - I have changed the settings to make sure it can allow admins (interesting that's not the default).
Looking at https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/legalpad/view/6/ I do not see any option to delete a Legalpad instance. You could use "Edit Document" and set View and Edit Policies accordingly which seems to be what you've done already.
Closing this request as "declined" as it's not technically possible.
