Description

For at least a few days now, the Translate extension has not been suggesting translations for things it was previously offering suggestions for.

Example, FAQ in Spanish:

I have asked @Jalexander to verify if he is experiencing the bug as well. I have attempted multiple computers, OSes, and browsers.

Reproducible. I used to get suggestion on the Tech News' old versions. Now I do not.

I know Revi has already verified but yeah, definitely getting it both on Mac (Firefox & Chrome) and on Windows 8 firefox.

Removing translatewiki.net since this is not TWN-specific. I reproduced on Meta, TWN, and Commons.
