Eh, I'm not sure if we should do this. It might be weird from i18n perspective, but it matches how the input is actually shown in the actual license messages.

The whole text is a single message and the text field is a $2 parameter. This affects a couple of messages with names starting from mwe-upwiz-source-ownwork-, screenshot shows mwe-upwiz-source-ownwork-assert-cc-by-sa-4.0. @siebrand, what do you think?

I don't think it's bad i18n. It's a nice in-context solution for a field that I think could be used more often. Possibly this should be done more often.

Some weirdness may occur when RTL/LTR is mixed in message and input, but that's not different from other input fields without translated field labels and the like.
