Yes, there is a known bug somewhere about links to the last section of a page (then you have tables and translation tags, making life more difficult to wikitext and VE editors alike...

https://meta.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?title=Community_Engagement_(Product)&action=edit lets you edit that section at least.

An IP editor fixed it, which I appreciated very much (and kinda wish i knew who they were so I could thank them, but ah well)
