We should probably have different robots.txt files that disallow indexing everything, do the "If my tools have account creation..." bit, and make sure the proper Wikimedia logos are overridden with beta ones.
Closing as this task doesn't serve a purpose (one subtask open) and hasn't been used for seven years.
