Meh, this is an obsolete repository IIRC

(although it has been discontinued, it would be good to have it accessible so the README which tells you where to look next is actually available...)

If someone could create the repo at github, I can set up a phab mirror, so phab will replicate this repo (Details: T115624)

He enabled the repo for replication to GitHub from diffusion

Since you said, that it is obsolete, and it is inactive since Sep 2015, I deactivated the repo here at phab. (cloned to github before)
