A proposed session at the Wikimedia Developer Summit 2016. In this session developers will get an overview of internationalisation best practices for MediaWiki development.

Besides, the call for participation says

Presentations and tutorials are explicitly discouraged during the Summit. These types of sessions are welcomed as Tech Talks or Lightning Talks organized before the event, especially when they can provide background materials to Summit participants.

Therefore, maybe you want to organize a Tech Talk about this topic? CCing @Rfarrand and @Spage for the event / documentation related details.

Thanks for the advice, Quim. It's very uncertain if I'm able to attend. Initially it looked like I wouldn't until I found a possible way again. When clarity has been reached I will take appropriate action. Thanks again.

Nothing much, but live sessions work, too :-).

Since I will not be attending WMDEVSUMMIT, I'm closing this task.
