Description

We need a way to disable Special:Nearby until a certain date either via feature flag, config, hack or something similar.

We could just unset it in $wgSpecialPages for Wikidata. That's not nice, but will work. Also it has possibly a feature flag.

probably will put in swat on monday or tuesday... monday being a holiday, although not super important holiday :) so not sure there is swat on Monday
