Description

If a template contains an image and this template is not displayed on a page - the image is still displayed in the Image Gallery.
Mobile web has the same problem.

Steps to reproduce

Go to the article 'Alice Hoschede' - there is a template {{Claude Monet}} after References section - it's visible on wiki, but not in apps.

Click on any image in the article and flip through images - File:Claude_Monet_1899_Nadar_crop.jpg will be displayed.

Expected results

Only images displayed in an article should be present in Image Gallery.

Actual results

File:Claude_Monet_1899_Nadar_crop.jpg is displayed in Image Gallery but not in the article.
