CiviCRM: Change default Activity status from "Scheduled" to "Complete"

Description

The most used status is "complete" but "scheduled" is the default. Changing the default would eliminate 2 clicks from the process for every hand-entered activity.

Also, should I be tagging Eileen on tasks like this?
