There were raised concerns by users on irc. Users holding rights there - but not singed https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Confidentiality_agreement_for_nonpublic_information

It is just beta, but still concerns by users.

Just wanted to drop by and say I totally agree with the closing. Beta access shouldn't be restricted, it *is* a test setup. T77858 should be fixed, however.
