Description

I think it is better to give selenium user, selenium user monobook etc. a botflag, to make it easier to patrol the recent changes. I can give them the flags (maybe build a global group for them? WikidataTester is also an user like that), but at first I want to make secure, that there is consensus for that.

I would use this global group: http://deployment.wikimedia.beta.wmflabs.org/wiki/Special:GlobalGroupPermissions/Selenium
and add the permission "bot" to that group. I would assign this group to the following accounts:

Selenium user
Selenium user monobook
WikidataTester
Selenium Flow user 2
