Reindex namespaces after October 22, 2015

Description

https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/#/c/240639 made some changes to the default namespaces, we need to reindex all the namespaces across all the wiki's to make sure its correct.

This should be as simple as

foreachwiki extensions/CirrusSearch/maintenance/indexNamespaces.php

You probably don't need to run this foreachwiki? Only wikisouces, test2wiki and frrwiki are the wikis where ProofreadPage is enabled. Also T54709#1669645 contains a list where they are currently not content namespaces.
