Could the user logs be expanded to include page creation logs? So for example
you'd see that alongside page moves and image uploads. This would be helpful
because it is harder to track certain vandals who create nonsense pages which
are swiftly deleted, especially when one is not an admin and cannot access the
deleted contributions.

That still doesn't appear to display deleted pages.
That would be because they are deleted. Some pages might have vandalism names as
well, and showing this again is not really worth it.
Duping this to bug 10331 which is for about the same thing but has a patch on it.
