Description

Happens only on the first opening of one of suggested article or a searched article.

From the Home page, tap on one of suggested articles - the article will open with only 'Back' button.

No Search, Refresh, Save page etc icons are displayed.

In any of the articles in #1 or #2, click on a link - the same issue: no functionality is present except 'Back' button.

@Etonkovidova is this exclusively on iPad? I just tried on Build 406 on iPhone, and toolbars (with refresh, etc) are all working.

Also reported by @KHammerstein on phone. Seems like its inconsistent, so we'll need to figure out how to repro first...

Okay, I think its recreate-able:

Recreated on two phones and simulator.

Also note its not just the toolbar, but also the search button in the nav bar that disappears.

Checked with 5.0.0 (411) on iPad mini iOS 8.2 and iPhone 5 iOS 9.0.2.
