Description

In T109646: Remove "Open" button from all four link inspectors we removed the old "Open" button because it wasn't working right and was too heavy. However, it'd be nice to make this functionality discoverable rather than just available to people that middle-click. Could we get a design pass at some sort of inline open button (maybe right aligned + frameless)?
