Esperanto kaj Libera Scio (ELiSo, 'Esperanto and Free Knowledge' in English) is a group of Wikimedians who speak Esperanto. The group was recognized as a Wikimedia User Group by the Wikimedia Foundation's Affiliations Committee on 4 April 2013. The group's focus is to unite Esperanto-speaking people who edit Wikipedia and other Wikimedia projects, or want to support free knowledge in other ways.

I'm happy to create this team project. Could you elaborate shortly what you're planning to track and how? I'd love to see just one example task, just for better understanding your needs and hopefully help making Phabricator fulfil them. Thanks. :)
Sure I can give you some examples!
We need to have a broader view of vikifontaro (wikisource ) current priorities. Several people involved in ELISo are expected to meet at the wikisource conference next month in Vienna. A working group on Esperanto is planned, and having a team project on phabricator could probably help better prepare this upcoming meeting, as well as improving the organization, management and tracking of outcomes from discussions.
Also I really would like to see the Esperanto wikiversity grow out of beta, and we need to coordinate efforts for that. I already did some works toward that goal, and having a place to keep track of what have already be done, what are the next big steps and specifics tasks to do right now would help a lot.
I improve the Esperanto wikiversity because I have research projects on the French version about using Esperanto as working language in software projects that I would like to translate to Esperanto and develop further in Esperanto. So you may expect some software project coming with this, that I would be glad to maintain and develop within the Wikimedia infrastructure. And hopefully, one day it may provide useful tools for our movements. :P
Also we will need a place to argue and plan what to do once we achieved Esperanto <strike>World Domination</strike>, hum I mean, Esperanto as main living global international communication tool.
