Description

In uk.wikipedia.org in preferences has been an error (in Ukrainian language only (uk - українська)). Зовнішній вигляд → розширені налаштування: Поріг для форматування <a href="#" class="stub">неправильних посилань</a>:

This is a local problem. The localisation message 'stub-threshold' has been changed (no longer allows raw HTML), but your local customization (https://uk.wikipedia.org/wiki/MediaWiki:Stub-threshold) still uses it. The simplest fix is for an administrator to delete this page.

This needs to be fixed on-wiki by an administrator, hence closing as declined here in Phabricator as this is "out of scope" for the audience here....

Can someone run a script to check whether the message exists locally in other Wikimedia sites?

Yes, it just so happens that I needed to do this kind of thing before and have a convenient script handy. Here are the results for all 726 public Wikimedia wikis: (a wiki will appear here if it has an override, regardless of whether it's a problematic one)

It's in Ruby, I tried committing Ruby scripts before and people got irritated.
