For BayesianFilter (and some others) on http://korma.wmflabs.org/browser/gerrit_review_queue.html and
"Time from last patchset" from August 2013 to December 2014 has "NaN" values in the overlay display. Before and after it has correct "0" values.

As we can see in http://korma.wmflabs.org/browser/data/json/gerrit.wikimedia.org_mediawiki_extensions_ThrottleOverride-scr-rep-evolutionary.json, there are not more 'nan' values in these specific metrics.
The issue was related to the low activity in some repositories. If the array of values is empty, then the median or avg methods returns a nan value that was the one seen in the repos.
