I think this is a forwarded email from a subscriber of WikimediaMobile to the WMF All list. Nothing really from this side needed. Since the listadmin for the wmfall list is set to techsupport@wikimedia.org, all these emails are sent to you.

Best ask someone else in OIT to advise rather than us :)

hi @eliza, you are getting mail for the list admin of wmfall in zendesk because techsupport@ is used as list admin address.

on the bottom of https://lists.wikimedia.org/mailman/listinfo/wmfall it says "Wmfall list run by techsupport at wikimedia.org" and if you hover over that it's wmfall-owner@lists.wikimedia.org.

And as John said already, looks like it was forwarded from a subscriber of WikimediaMobile to the WMF All list admin address.
