Hide all actions connected to deleted boards from RC and watchlist

Description

If a board is deleted, we probably want to hide all corresponding revisions from RC and the watchlist (including posts belongs to topics belonging to the board).

Currently, it looks like this:

Boards are not deleted nearly as often as topics, but this is still an issue.

mark as resolved
after mark as resolved - edit summary
hide topic
delete topic
suppress topic

Check:

  • Watchlist
  • Recent changes ->Deletion log and try to restore
  • User contribution
  • Topic url - can be viewed after the board was deleted?
