Description

In the related patch https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/#/c/248292/ I submitted a tiny change in which a new section "Privacy settings" is added to the Preferences page.

Currently it covers "send crash reports" and "send usage statistics", later this section will also comprise the "remember history" (incognito mode T96546 ).
