Does the error message on the FR form in the screenshot result only from spaces being added between digits in the card # field? If the form does not test the card number for any other validation, could we refine this message to say something more specific like "please omit the spaces"? I have 4 tickets from French donors who were confused by this message, and these tickets can take a fair amount of agent time to determine the source of the confusion. The error message appears before the donors submit their details via the Continue button, and the French message is similar to the English one in content. I am unable to replicate this on the US form.
