FlaggedRevisions log does not move with a page move

Description

When flagged revisions is set on a page and the page is moved to a new title, the flagged revision setting moves but the log of the setting is not copied over or reflected in the log of the new page title. This leaves the log for the new page title unclear and incomplete.

Page action logs are ideally reflected when a page is moved. For example, when a page under regular protection is moved the message "moved protection settings from $1 to $2" is noted in the log of the new page title. Flagged revisions should leave a similar log note.

Logs are immutable and also stay at the old page title.

For the protection there is a a extra log type to indicate that the page where protected under a old name, but the old protect log entry is not moved.

This affects the stable page settings in FlaggedRevs and there is sounds for a good idea.
