Description

Would it be possible to enable user-fixes.py through user-config.py similarly to "cosmetic_changes = True" so I dont have to input -fix param everytime I work on bot tasks?

@Wesalius: fixes only works with replace.py script whereas cosmetic_changes works with each script. There are two ways to follow

make -fixes available with cosmetic changes (T107291)
make replace.py configurable as ConfigParser bot

What would you prefer as first step?
