Table displayed in Special:ManageNewsletter when the user has nothing to manage

Description

Two choices:

  • Don't display the table
  • Keep the table and fill the 'Action' column with 'None' or 'No permissions'

Not displaying the table is better. If a user has permissions to manage only one newsletter, does she see one newsletter or all of them? Think also in the day when there will be hundreds of newsletter available.

The patch submitted for this task makes sure that the entries listed in the table are just those newsletters which can be managed by the logged in user. Should a filter for the table be added as well ?
