One tricky parts are to know if this is a mainpage (We don't want to run the lead section transformation on the main pages) from just the Parsoid output. May have to sync up with the mobileview call.

Another tricky part is that Parsoid doesn't have a good separation of sections yet (since T114072 is not finished).
